What we delete and retain

We remove your Kivilo sign-in account, account contact and identity fields, push-device registration, and account-specific notification history. We also remove unsigned inspections that belong only to you and their stored photos, video and audio after outstanding upload links expire and removal is verified.

Signed reports, their evidence and signatures, published assessments, tenancy records, maintenance history, and unsigned work involving another party may retain your name and contributions while needed for a shared handover, a claim or dispute, or another legal or business obligation. We review these purposes and delete or de-identify records when none applies. A limited deletion-request record remains while needed to demonstrate fulfillment or resolve a complaint. Some provider copies can last beyond deletion from Kivilo's active records. See the periods and exceptions in our privacy notice's Retention section. Unsent captures and cached inspection data on your phone remain until you clear Kivilo's app storage or uninstall it; doing so discards any evidence that has not uploaded.
