Capture
Walk the room, talking.
Add rooms with one tap. In each, record a narrated walkthrough and photograph anything with small print: rating plates, serial labels, meter faces. Captures save to the phone first and upload when there is signal.
Draft
The inventory writes itself.
Each room’s video, audio, and photos are read in one pass. Out comes a draft item list with condition notes, meter readings, and serials transcribed character for character, every line tied to the second of footage it came from.
Review
You are the witness. It is the scribe.
Edit any line, add what it missed, remove what it imagined. Uncertain items are flagged. Nothing reaches a signature until a person has been through it.
